My professional experience, along the last 25 years, has always been developed within Human Resources Area, related to people development and working for different international companies. I have been performing as Training and Development Manager and/or as Human Resources Business Partner.
My view is that a comprehensive and integrated HR management contributes to the growth of people and therefore it fosters best organization results. In recent years I often collaborate with coaching networks and Business Schools as Coach and/or Training Coach.
I enjoy working in collaborative and learning environments, with high customer orientation and focused on achievement. It is very important for me working where Human Resources makes a difference.
